It started out as an April Fools thing but sooo many people actually ordered it they decided to actually offer it as a product. It always came out on April 1st to keep with the tradition, but it was an actual product. Last year, 2019, they didn't offer it, but it looks like they got enough feedback that they offered it again now in 2020.
They may show up on other online stores, but it looks like 5.11 Tactical it out of them.
