I've been told a big reduction is a mammoth undertaking but you could talk to 'The Kiltmaker,' Margaret Jackson in Kingston. I have her shop's phone # as 613-634-4118 and she will likely be at the Maxville Games this weekend. I used to talk to Ms Jackson's mother, the original owner, and can certify she is from a long line of kiltmakers that go right back to the Royal makers at Balmoral.

Dugario - I was at the Highland Games in Maxville today and picked up the card of a kiltmaker in Ottawa. I asked, and she does do alterations. I will send you a PM

Margaret Jackson made my new kilt and altered an old one. I would recommend.
