Welsh cilt
I was really pleased to hear that Welsh cilting is being promoted by you. It wasn't until I started rooting around a few links that I found they had them at all; so it has been kept pretty quiet. I lived in Cardiff for 7 years and saw plenty of the woven throws etc. but never a cilt. (Maybe I assumed it was Scottish. Isn't knowledge a wonderful thing!)
I've just joined the forum and splurged of late, but eventually I would like a cilt as I still regularly pop down to see friends in the Black Mountains and Cardiff. What tartan should I be wearing for the Cardiff area, as I understand you tend to use the tartan from the area, not the family - though as with others I'm sure whatever takes your eye is as appropriate?
