    I gave the sporran a proper run out at the Abernethy Games last weekend. Different hose on that occasion.

    Could be? Although on magnification, it looks more like, the back panel of the jacket and perhaps the collar, are made of a different tweed. A new fashion?

    You're right bout the construction Jock. A personal, rather than a new, fashion me thinks. Call me old fashioned but personally, I prefer my jacket to be all of one sort and colour.

    That's ghastly IMHO.

    Reminds me of the ugly tweed "patch caps".
