I am available and willing to do the Victoria thing if someone will just give me a date and time.
Except on the weekend of the 5th,6th,7th, when I will be attending the dinner and kiltnight.
Bear, my hotel is about a block from your shop, A beer perhaps?
Of course, if anyone wants I can put a few in my car on Sunday when I head home. Then I can put them on the bus for the return to their hotel.
What is the name of the hotel? There are a few nice places and a few not so nice places in that area.
Andrew has said that he would try and help out with the Victoria day, Steve. He is only a few blocks from your shop.
I was lucky enough to meet up with Raphael, Hamish, and Dave for a few bevies last night. Both really great people, and it was a really pleasure to meet them both. The three of them cam eup to my place after and met my wife and my daughter (who should have been well asleep by that point). I am definitely looking forward to enjoying a few more days together while they are in town.

Raphael? My first thoughts would be this Thursday, or next Monday. Depends on when the out of towners want to head over.

We have not scheduled it for any day, Steve. All we heard was that you were going to take some guys on a trip to Victoria. We didn't know we were supposed to be organising it.
I think we have lots of volunteers in Vancouver and Victoria. I don't tkink we'll know how many people want to go until the dinner on Friday.

Well, that's assuming that Canadian Senators are *in* the public eye It seems that the last time one sees a Senator is on the day they are appointed!
