haha OOOPS
My apologies to Barb T who already answered my most recent post.
Today is our patronal feast day (feast day of our parish) and I'm on brain dump mode again.
Sorry, all.
I'll pay closer attention next time.

What is "thurso?" if anyone knows.
BTW, F16, I must confess that is a sharp looking tartan kilt. Much better than I thought it would look. A+.
Thurso is a town in Northern Scotland. A Naval Radar station, NAVRADSTA was (is?) based at Thurso.
Cheers,

Thurso
Naval Communications Station (NAVCOMSTA) Londonderry, Northern Ireland closed in the late 70's. It's mission moved from Londonderry to Naval Radio Station (NAVRADSTA) Thurso, Scotland which then became NAVCOMSTA Thurso. Some of the RUMINT I have heard was that it moved due to numerous power disruptions in Londonderry due to IRA and provisional activities, although neither US personnel or the installation itself were ever targeted.

Simple.
You must be a member of the 501st.
Then, if you own a kilt, you can join the KTB.
