Sorry that your e-mail has been giving you problems:

We have responded quite promptly to all e-mail you sent, and can provide routing documentation from our ISP to prove it. None of them bounced. I trust you checked your spam filter?

Please check your mailbox for e-mails sent by us:
    8/31/05 7:59 PM
    8/26/05 5:59 PM
    8/29/05 5:11 AM

Feel free to contact us using a different e-mail address. As mentioned on our website we usually respond to e-mails within one business day.

To answer your original question, it is $13 to ship a kilt to Canada, and can take anywhere from a week to a month due to Canada customs and postal delays. We no longer guarantee delivery times to Canada because of this.

That's a pretty professional response. I can confirm that you responded to my questions that same evening, i.e. after hours. Also, a reminder that you did ship to somebody in Canada in the last month and it seems to have been a pleasant transaction from their pm to me.

I've never had any problems whatsoever. I have ordered a few kilts from them, and all were delivered in 2-4 days.

I've had no problem with Stillwater whatsoever. I think they are a great company to do business with and I have been quite pleased with both product and service. I only wish they could offer some different length kilts for we who are "vertically challenged" ;).

Same here. 24 inch is way too long for me. I'd like to see maybe a 22 inch length. That I could deal with.

Yup! That would be the "baby bear" length (just right) for me.

I'd like to see this too, but in the opposite way for those of us who are "vertically gifted". 24 inches barely gets past mid-thigh on my 6'5" frame.

My experience with Stillwater was very good. I ordered a Blackwatch standard on a Friday and received it the following Wednesday.

Now if they would only stock a MacGregor tartan....

It took about four days for my black heavy et al to arrive. Jerry was very helpful with selection before the purchase as well.

Okay 'read the Laborday sale so it said e-mail us.

So I looked at a kilt that was just wonderful, it said e-mail us.

So I did, well that was almost 15 nanoseconds ago without a reply.

    Damn them....
