You know, it's really too bad that their customer service record is so poor. I own a kilt from them, purchased at a game I competed in this year. It was a great value for a PV kilt($80). I am satisfied with the quality and I found Ralph to be quite personable.
Unfortunately, even living as close to their shop as I do and able to pay them a little visit now and again, I wouldn't feel entirely comfortable ordering one from them. I won't hesitate to buy another one from them in person but mail order?... not likely.
