Has anyone had any experience with them? Are they affiliated with anyone on this board? Their casual wool kilts seem like a good bargain.

They've gotten very mixed reviews. Their customer service seems to be verry spotty with lots of complaints.

You know, it's really too bad that their customer service record is so poor. I own a kilt from them, purchased at a game I competed in this year. It was a great value for a PV kilt($80). I am satisfied with the quality and I found Ralph to be quite personable.
Unfortunately, even living as close to their shop as I do and able to pay them a little visit now and again, I wouldn't feel entirely comfortable ordering one from them. I won't hesitate to buy another one from them in person but mail order?... not likely.
