I'll go for the grey tie, and in cooler weather, yes I like a waistcoat, even without a jacket.

Weddings and funerals, KiltedBishop, I agree. I'm only wearing this stuff out of respect for the wedding party.
My personal choice for would be colourful kilts, jacobite shirts, celtic long dresses for the lassies with bright ribbons, flowers in the hair etc. and that's for the funerals!! woohoo!!
