A while back Graham mentioned using Skype to make longdistance calls cheaply.Yahoo was also mentioned. One of these may save you some cash when doing an interview,a big plus to any student.

Hey Jacob, I can't offer much from a different cultural perspective (I am white, male, approaching 40, corporate worker, married, 2 kids, etc., etc., etc.) other than wearing a kilt to work daily for the 3rd largest financial institution in the world! (Yes, I am bragging about that part, does not affect my communication patterns, but make me feel better after reading my previous sidebar on how normal I am!). However, I do have internet phone service, that also includes free conference calling. If you need to contact somebody to do a phone interview, let me know and I can provide a hookup.

With the amount of response I am getting I think I will interview Prester John for the primary paper and do an appendix kind of thing with strong points from whatever cultures end up being represented. I don't have my questions prepared yet (this was assigned today) so it will be a day or two.

Jacob, I'm just a retured old fart from Virginia, so I don't think I'd be a subject for your interview, but I did want to wish you luck on your paper and tell you to be sure to let everyone here at XMARKS know how it turns out.
