School paper. Call for an interview

I need to interview someone from another culture about communication. Particularly things like communications norms. Do you use more polite terms when speaking to older people, do you call teachers/instructors mr/ms. X or do you call them by their first name. Are you fairly loud in resturants (as would be the norm) or do you speak only loud enough for the rest of the table to hear.

This would have to be a one to one interview and could be online via e-mail, pm, instant message, or even phone call (international included). I would need your full name so if you aren't comfortable with then nevermind. The paper is due Januaray 17th so I need to finish the interview within a week, so that would be by the 12th or 13th at the latest.

To define other culture it would have to be different enough from pacific northwest US to count as another culture. Southern works, New England maybe, English, Scottish, German, Australian, Tasmanian, Japanese, whatever.

I'm a Michigander living in Ohio who spent years among native Alaskans.

For what it's worth, I'm an Orthodox priest also. If that's enough, let me know.

....or me? I'm in the south of England, and steeped in tradition.

I'm in PA, but I'm Indian, so I could give perspective on Asian culture.

I already sent a PM to Prester John, but it is good to know there are backups in case interviewing John doesn't work out.
