Ok, I am just going to ask my questions here.

Question 1: Casuality. When you talk to someone who is your "superior" at work or simply an elder do you use different language or are otherwise more polite? I know superior is not the right word but I am drawing a blank for words that are correct. Examples would be saying things like Sir, Mam, Mr(s), or do you use their first name.

Question 2: When you greet someone at the airport do you say "Hi" or do you hug them? I guess the question is more how much emotion do you express with close friends and family.

Question 3: How do you greet someone you don't know well?

There are a couple more to come but I forget what exactly they are at the moment.
