Yep, they fixed my nearsightedness & astigmatism in one shot.
The only drawback is that they said farsightedness tends to happen a little sooner after having the procedure.
I began noticing this effect a few months ago. If I hold somthing about 3 or 4 inches from my eyes I can no longer focus on it. Of coarse that distance will get longer & longer until I can no longer hold things far enough away to see them, but that just comes with getting older anyway & I'm 38 already & wearing reading glasses will be less of a pain than wearing glasses full time.
