Sorry (again) to hear for your loss...Nikita is a great name (for a GSD or Borzoi, I think) and I'm sure she imparted a lot of wonderful memories in her short life. That's a great photo of her and she's absolutely beautiful; she reminds me of Grumpy...just imagine Nikita nearly twice as 'round' (ha-ha).
For those of you who love dogs: Thistleglen Margot, a Scottish Deerhound, won this year's Hound Group in the 130th Westminster Dog Show. We were pulling for her to win Best In Show, but that darn Bull Terrier (think "Spuds MacKenzie") dog won.

I was in the area of Madison SquareGarden this AM and watched a lot of the pooches being loaded into a variety of vehicles for thier return home...
All I can say is that if there is sucah a thing as reincarnation, I wanna come back as a SHOW DOG!!!
