Nice one, Robin, worth the wait.

When someone gets a traditional kilt, especially one that looks as nice as that one, it's well worth the wait. It is a lovely looking kilt. I have been searching for a post where you might have mentioned the sporran. Did you order that somewhere or did you make it? It's quite nice.

Now this quite simply isn't fair. Just when I think I know what I want my first tartan to be, you post this! PLUS that rather unique sporran! (grumblegrumblegrumble) Seriously, that is a beautiful tartan - and you wear it well!

Again...thanks! The sporran is from...http://www.leathersporran.co.uk/default.htm
Robin: Thank you very much for the link. I am ordering one in black.
Wow! you move fast! Congrats! Maybe send them an email and ask for a strap instead of a chain...
You just can't beat the look and swing of a traditional heavyweight. I always figured 12 weeks of waiting was about average for a handmade traditional. Consider it a work of art that you can wear! .
