This sounds like a scam. As stated in prior posts, contact your credit card company ASAP. If the balance was paid, I'd contact the seller through their web page, or by telephone, but not by replying to these questionable e-mails, or the number they have provided. If your payment is confirmed and these e-mails didn't originate at the seller, I'd contact the police.
