Well, with the recent change in Honeymoon plays from Utah to the Grand Canyon, I have FULL plans of going to these games. This will be my first Highland Games, and I can't wait.
I have to be in Arizona that week-end but I will be in Phoenix for a reunion with guys I haven't seen in 30 years of more, maybe next time though, I have a grandson in Williams and that would be a great place to take him.
Let me know when the next games will be held there, will you?
I'm driving down from Page to SHOP! Raid the vendors! Get IMMEDIATE delivery! on Saturday morning and afternoon.
Then headed over to Hopiland to see my lady. She's on call at the hospital in Polacca over the weekend and can't get to Flagstaff.
Plan on wearing my Cameron Black and Red from Kathy's Kilts with a black shirt. So if you see an old guy that looks like this, its me.
I'll probably be carrying bags of "stuff." Look in the vendors area or around the clan tents IF....I can find a place to park and hike to the event without getting heat stroke or hit by lightning.
