If it says designed in Scotland it wasn't made in Scotland. this is the way some companies are getting round getting their cloth and kilts from elsewhere other than where they are.
IMHO it is a bit deceiving. Our kilts ARE made in Scotland with Scottish milled cloth and that what we tell folk.
I don't care where anything is made but just be honest about it.
