    You know it could be that your straps have just shrunk with...err...all that humidity...err...or something. It's not you...it's those evil nasty shrinking strap's fault (Panache as enabler, He He)

    And the straps were asked, "What is the waist size?" And they answered truthfully -

    This is the reason why I'm actually kind of glad that I haven't heard anything recently about the two kilts I have on order (the fabric is on order; final measurements haven't been done yet). I don't want my new kilts to fit at the size I am now; I want them to be fitted at a waist that's 2-4" smaller.
    The kilts are an incentive to lose weight, and keep it off. As it is right now, I have one kilt that is almost small, and another getting there.

    That's the thing that really worries me about having a kilt, seeing as I have very little self control and a "weight control" issue. :rolleyes: Guess I'll have to learn some self discipline.
