Of course you mean "Black Watch", not "Blackwatch" -- two words.

I dunno...the Gordon one looks pretty neat...I already have a Gordon in a wool blend (a Stillwater "special", as a matter of fact) but it's pleated to the sett and the Gordon Economy is pleated to the stripe...and it would be a knockaround kilt.

Funny about the Wallace, though, a buddy of mine is of the opinion that if he were to get a kilt, it would have to be a RED one so that it would be clear to people that it was, indeed, a KILT and not a SKIRT. Where this guy ever got this idea...?

I have heard that the quality of the Stillwater Eco's has been kicked up a notch...obviously not as cool as the Standards but better than the average economy kilt.

Missed this thread somehow...hey, GreenDragon, we may be cousins.

My Scott lineage came from Ohio/KY/IN once they came over to the States.

So, which kilt did you finally choose??

Like Bradley, no Black Watch tartan in my home, save on boxer shorts.

Would have suggested the Wallace for the colors to be close to your Bearcats gear.

    Dia Dhuit!

Even though I chose Irish National in the poll, I like all of them really. It's too bad they didn't offer Invisible Tape/Wallace Hunting!
