It's a pretty severe diet ... I started the diet the day after I got back from my honeymoon. -33 lbs since then.
First, I'd like to extend my congratulations. I know how much effort it takes to accomplish what you've done.
Normally I wouldn't step into a discussion of this sort, but this appears to be such an extreme case.
I respectfully recommend you do not sell your kilts and belts just yet. Please note that the key word in that sentence is "respectfully."
There is very little likelihood that the diet you describe could be considered a sustainable lifestyle change unless the diet was undertaken in response to a (rather severe) medical condition. The overwhelming odds are that sooner or later you will experience fatigue - a perfectly natural reaction - with the extreme efforts required to at first reduce, and then to maintain your weight using that approach.
Again, this post is submitted with utmost respect for your personal judgment of your medical and dietary requirements. I apologize if you have already addressed these issues; please disregard this post.
