Ah, Highlander- what other movie in the world has a Scot playing an Egyptian with a Spanish name that carries a Japanese sword and a Frenchman playing a Scot? One of my favorite movies still. I loved Braveheart despite the inaccuracies (and the ignorami who keep telling me that that movie is why I wear a kilt) but I think Highlander would probably still be my favorite.

Another vote for "I know where I'm going" (charming movie) and "Highlander".

Also like "Rob Roy" and "Four Weddings and a Funeral"

Actually Christopher Lambert was born in the USA!
His father was a diplomat and he spent his childhood in Geneva, Switzerland.

One of my Favorite movies as well!

I understand completely. How many times has it been suggested that I must have begun using the name McCloed, (misspelled because the original spelling was already taken on-line), because of the movie. The ignorami can't understand the concept of "Septs" of the clans and my family name is MacClure.

    Chris.
