Sorry but I have to wear a tool belt all day everyday at work and thats the reason why when I'm off I try to stay away from belts that even looks like they need a tool or nail bag on it. Not saying it doesn't work or look good just not my thing.

That is a nice buckle Tom I really like it, and you have a custom piece for a very reasonable price, it doesnt get any better.

I wear a regular belt rather than a wide belt, but I'm planning on getting a new buckle. Here's a pic:

I think it speaks a bit to my unique style, but the company has a lot of great designs. They are http://www.beltbuckleshop.com

Thank you! As a new kiltie I really appreciate this insight. I was not overly comfortable with such a large mass of buckle. I felt as if I'm headed off to a rodeo. I was also concerned with the adjustment buckle ruining my kilt. Here's hoping that one day I'll be as dapper as you.

I agree Hamish, thats prolly the reason why I can't find anything I'm really looking for. I've been around construction trades since I was 16 and finally settled down as an electrician . I own so many wide leather and nylon toolbelts I'm sure I can hook everybody on the forum up with one if I was willing to part with them. I might have to settle with one of them or cast my own buckle, which I'm looking into as I type this.
