First experience kilted with freezing rain

I have not been cold all winter wearing my kilts & its been blowing a gale for weeks now.

We have had unseasonablly warm weather until today, so this is a first for me.
Having said that there is nothing like a 16oz, hand sewn Scottish kilt.
