Where were you snowshoeing, Livingston? That looks a little like the Spruce Lake area, but I don't doubt I'm way off-I only get up to the Park 6 or 7 times a year, when I've got a chance to catch a few trout (my Avatar photo was taken near Ypsilon Lake).

    Bryan...no I don't ice fish...

Drove to the end of the of the road past the Cub Lake trail head. They have it blocked off at the first parking area so had to trek in past the actual end of the road. The first pic is between Cub Lake and the parking area and the others are on up the trail.

BTW, missed you at the kilt night the 13th.

Billings, MT fieldwork had my number: we were doing a groundwater study on a PCE plume. I'm still "fingers crossed" that I'll make the next one, though. FWIW, I haven't found anything good for Burns night downtown-and I doubt anybody but me will even think of hoisting one on Feb 13 (for you non Clan Donald folk, it's Glen Coe-go ahead and needle your Campbell friends; just take it with a grain of salt [preferably, rush up on the history]).

    Bryan...maybe in February...
