Hey, another Inland Empire kilty! I'm just up the 15 in Hesperia so howdy neighbour from one newbie to another. Congrats on the wedding and the kilt.

The cool thing was that it was a total surprise to everyone. No one except the bride knew I was wearing it. That was LOTS of fun! I chose the California tartan (as you may have guessed) and purchased the entire outfit from Celtic Craft Centre in Palm Springs, CA. In a couple months, I'll be looking to get some casual items so that I have more to wear with it than just the Prince Charlie stuff.
Hey, that's my daughter's birthday, lol...a good day to have a wedding. Where's the Celtic Craft Centre in PS? I might have to check it out next time I get the urge to drive that way (and fight the winds ). I know of a couple places down in Santa Monica, and there abouts, but closer is better.

The Celtic Craft Centre is located on the main drag (Palm Canyon) and just after it turns into a one-way street. Directly across from Nathan's Hot Dogs.
If we could organize an Inland Empire kilt night, would you be interested in attending? I know we have a fellow XMarker in Hemet and I'm in Moreno Valley. Anyone else here from the Inland Empire? I've heard about Killarney's in Temecula and I know there is a Royal Falconer in Riverside and Redlands. Despite RF being an English pub, it may be more central for everyone.

And thanks again to everyone for the warm welcome. This really seems like a great forum!
Is anyone else also on KiltsRock.com?
