Nothing Wrong with a Pink Kilt. My wife made me a T-Shirt that says "Real men Wear Kilts, but REAL MEN wear Pink kilts. I wear my pink & lime green kilt for breast cancer events. Race for the Cure, Breast Cancer 3-Day, etc. Makes for a nice conversation starter.

P.S. Fabric came from Hancock Fabrics

I would totally wear a pink kilt for breast cancer awareness or likewise good cause.
Who isn't man enough to do something noble like that?

Yup. Everyone just KNOWS that real men don't wear pink. The same way that everyone knows that real men wear jeans, or don't wear earrings, or don't . . . whatever.
I'm pale enough and pink enough that I don't think the colors would look good on me. That's the ONLY reason I wouldn't wear a kilt out of that material.
And if ya doesn't like it, ya can go sit on a thistle!

For charitable events, it is not about your self, but the spirit of the event.
Hence anybody could pull of something like wearing a pink tartan. It is not about looking good or thinking about self... Just for those events it is all about thinking about others.

How about THIS "Newly registered" one?

In real life, the tartan is a little less "orangy" and a little more pink

For those interested, I have almost completed my wife's kilt. Need to sew in the stabilizer and lining, then the waistband and velcro and I am done. Will post pics when I am done.
The kilt concealed a blaster strapped to his thigh. Lazarus Long
