I like the idea too. In a way though I think currently that an international community is assumed.

If we have members in Scotland, England, Germany, Japan and the USA, that I can think of, this would mean that we are international. It only takes the envolvement of two different nations to make something international.
Unless it is that we as kilt wearer are a nation unto ourselves?
