I think I expressed myself poorly. My meaning was: I think it's wrong that Remembrance Day isn't a federal holiday. As soon as I saw the date, I knew it would be formally observed at the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month. Regardless of one's politics, honoring fallen warrior forebears, to my eyes, seems a sacred responsibility.

I posted this because I was afraid you'd take me to have been saying, "Dude, YOU are wrong" somehow, which was not my intention.

But yes, I think Tartan Day should be federally recognized!
