We had chicken balmoral tonight (chicken stuffed with haggis) and tomorrow will have Baxter's Haggis Broth follwoed up by Mackintosh's Haggis, Neeps and tatties. Here in Scotland, Haggis is eaten all year round.Can anyone else come up with an occassion for haggis other than Burns Supper; any Scottish holiday, whether real, imagined, or made up; or, if you are like me, just 'cause you like it?
