    USCG kilt

    Alexis Malcolm does indeed like to do military themed kilts.

    This looks like a good place to ask my question - Alexis Malcolm is where the USCG Pipe Band gets its kilts. I think the pattern is protected for their use, but not sure. Does anyone know if there are other kiltmakers who would make up a kilt with this tartan? It is tartan # 4068 on the STA tartan index.
