Tom Baker does make a great villain, he is the evil wizard in "The Golden Voyage of Sinbad" . Even though effects-wise it isn't the best of the Ray Harryhaussen movies (though the Kali statue sequence is brilliant) it does in my opinion have a great cast and story. I always thought that Tom Baker as Prince Koura was a wonderful villain and a great foil for John Phillip Law.
