Amazing how someplace can let itself become the "party capital of the world" and then decide that drinking and whoring are okay but nekkid Scottish butts aren't.

Reminds me of the North Side of the City of Chicago during the 1980's.

I think they already have!

I was in Prague about ten years ago in a bar with some locals I was working with. I asked one of them what the message was chalked up behind the bar in Czech. He said "Beer is half price if you can read this"
