For Sportkilt, the MacLeod is certainly bright, but I think the Nova Scotia (a personal fav.), the Edinburgh, or the All Ireland would be nice.

Now for a bit more, you could check out either www.usakilts.com or www.canadiancasualkilts.com and get something in PV. I am sure either company would make something really nice, and they both carry similar PV from the same source. The warrior tartan would look good.

Should you decide to forgo tartan this time check out Freedom kilts (I am not sure if Steve makes mini kilts), Rkilts, union kilts, or even utilikilts minis.

Yeah get MacHummel to knock you up a kilted mini. Don't you think you deserve a custom made, just for you, kilt? Pete could whip you up one for next to nothing* at a reasonable cost.

I'm not really froggy about red and yellow together. It reminds me of mustard and ketchup. I have no idea why.

    That could be the reason.

Are there any other tartans that have purple in them besides the Isle of Skye?
