I think that it's not so much a kilt as a kinda 'New wave punk kilt'
If you're going to get it and wear it as a kilt, you'll need it to be just a tad shorter, and to get a better sporran.
I'm going to stick with my suggestion that you get something from ebay.co.uk. The shipping to Europe is cheap and you will have a decent quality kilt.
If it's that tartan you are really after, here is a kilt in that tartan and a decent, nice sporran.
The total cost for both including shipping to europe is... yep, 75 euros.
Believe me, in the long run it would be worth it to invest in these and save up for something like a stillwater when you feel you can afford it.
