After reading the replies about how bad the Scottishstore is for it's post and not being very Politically Correct I have to chime in and say, Why wasn't the point of the post addressed? It seems to me that it was directed at some posts that Hamish made that were contradictory, I am not familiar with those but I tend to ignore and forget if I read something about someone elses bad experiences because not everyone gets the same treatment or service even at the best of merchants for whatever reason.
It seems to me that if there were any contradictory posts made it would be up to whoever made them to explain them away or stand responsible with an appology, not have anyone try and change the subject by attacking the post as something that it might not have been.
I have read deeply into a lot of different forums and every one has their share of honest folk, hypocrites, liars and troublemakers and it isn't right to ignore these differences for the sake of Political Correctness. That's what's wrong with the world today and personally, I'm sick of it.
Not every child who graduates from High School today should be crowned valedictorian just because they attended and achieved a diploma and not every child should be sent home with a bumper sticker claiming that he or she was voted "Student of the Month" just so their feelings won't be hurt.
To support Political Correctness only makes liars and hypocrites of us all.
Instead of attacking the Scottishstore's post why not address it?
