    Especially with tweed flat cap with a tweed jacket -- very "country/ghillie/horsey" looking!

    I think a bowler would look pretty cool. I saw an old cartoon once of a old timer in a kilt and a bowler. Of course he was wearing braces to keep his kilt up too, so....
