Ahh, you reminded me Mathuna. A few months ago I had to change a tire on a very remote dirt road deep on the Navajo reservation...rain, sand storm...got it done and my hand sewn Leatherneck was none the worse for wear. Did have to brush the sand out of it.

Changing a tire kilted is a trip for an olde geezer like me.

yes, that would by my view also.
I do have a problem with wind sometimes, or climbing ladders, but more and more these days I am caring less what others think.

I haven't had any regrets wearing my kilt... lots of times when I wish I had... I guess my only regret is not having enough kilts to wear a different one every day... but that will change

    Never!

I have never ever once regretted wearing the kilt.

I have done some things that I do regret, beleive me, but not that.

I did have a bad kilted experiance a couple weeks ago. I was walking from the post office to the public library in Marquette going up the hill on Third Street, one of the busiest streets in Marquette. It's been an unusually windy summer, and I was sort of wishing I had at least worn my tank instead of my SWK.

The back blows up, grab it. The front blows up, grab it. Then my hat blows off, which I really, really hate. I think I caught everything before they reached critical height, though a guy walking the opposite way accross the street was looking at me a little funny.
