    The general reccomendation for hose colour that goes with anything seems to be 'oatmeal' around here. Personally, I wear black hose (and indeed black accessories generally) a lot of the time, but I think this is pretty much a personal foible.

    I'm with you on this one, black goes well with everything and it's my personal favorite for all occasions. I think off-white looks better when scrunched down though.

    I find light green, bottle green or black most useful - tend to go with all my kilts. I have a creamy white pair but think they look far too formal and just asking to get dirtied too easily for casual use.
