Saltire Needs a castle

They make angled stand-offs (stanchions?)that allows you to hang a flag darn near anywhere.
I use one on the front of my house with a 4 foot wood pole and a bungee to anchor the bottom.

Now my father-in-law went the full kit with a 30 foot flag pole, lights and landscaping.

Sounds like the Scottish Executive will be needing it if they go ahead with their plan to fly the saltire instead of that "butcher's apron". I would hang onto it for a while even just to wear to the rugby.
