It IS fun....I've done a very little bit of it at the Gig Harbor Renaissance and Fantasy Fair.

I was lousy at it, but it was a blast!

Doesn't the foam padding take some of the fun out of the actual bashing?

Surely you remember pugil sticks?

Actually, the foam padding allows us to keep kicking **** all day with only slight bruises to show for it afterwards..hehe
