"Digital Camo" is camoflage , but instead of the usual rounded random 'shapes' printed on the fabric, they are more 'block' shaped - looks a bit like something you would do 'digitally' on a computer with rather loose Pixels. Check out the various sites with Camo kilts and you'll see the difference, some are 'regular' others are 'digital'. Digital actually looks quite interesting, kind of softens the military look of regular camo.
