Well done Arlen! That is a super-looking tartan and what a bargain (when you have the knowledge and talent to do these things!). What is the yardage of your new kilt - I have always suspected that women's 'kilts' have rather less than ours?
Another question: never haing seen a woman's 'kilt' at close quarters, do the pleats run in the same direction as ours? I just wondered since the aprons are obviously reversed.
