As you can see by my Avatar, I am a Shriner. I am a member of Egypt Shrine in Tampa, Florida. I enjoy working with the kids at the hospital. I'm a member of two units, The Highlanders Bagpipe Band and The Clowns. My clown name is "Smok'n the Chef" I wear a chef outfit. But I am thinking about a new clown outfit with the name "Scotty". Some how bring the kilt in. Maybe a loud kilt with clown socks and clown shoes, a bright wig and some type of scottish hat but I am not sure of what shirt.

Tattoobradley-
Well it seems pretty obvious. But, there's a little more to it. Over the years there have been a couple of tattooists who are simply known as Tattoo (insert name here) . So, I'm just kind of following a traditional line of thinking I guess. lol.

Interesting Topic.
My screenname has evolved over time. I've been some variation of Starbuck (my favorite chracter from the original Battlestar Galactica) on the net since the 80's. (Yes, before there really was an internet.) At one point I was Starbk on the aol AOL system (pre-compuserve days) but lost that when I cancelled the account. When I went back to AOL (when the service added access to the greater (and still developing) internet I couldn't get Starbk back I changed it into Starbkjr. (Is that an anglicized MacStarbk? ) A little over two years ago when I joined the Utilikilt forum in the UK I added US since that is where I live. The rest as they say is history.
Hmmmm. I'll have to think about MacStarbk.

Mine is mostly just a hold over. I used to have a production company called Arrogant Cow Productions. It was created to do my own projects, and music videos. I did end up doing a fair amount of corporate work, but usually just referred to the company as AC Productions. Technically the company still exists, but I haven't done anything other that a few short films in years.

Mine is rather self-explanatory... i'm a pasty SOB.
Actually also came from the movie 'Kids'. There was a character with the same name that was always drinking a 40oz of Old English. At the time, I did too.

Well my name on this forum is my middle name, I figured that it was about as Scottish as you can get as it's my Uncles first name and he had the good sense to be born in Scotland. On other forums and other places on the web I have gone with the nickname my brothers in the club gave me Offramp, however I think McMurdo works better.
And MacWage is right an Imperial Star Destroyer, would blow the Enterprise out of the sky, and I'm not even going to consider what the Death Star would do.
Great topic Mike.

Turpin is my middle name, as was my uncle's and grandfather's. It is an anglicization of Thorfinn. I am a descenant of Thorfinn Rollo (Hausakliffer) Einarrsson, the 7th Viking Jarl of Orkney, b. 890, d. 997. Though his nickname means Skullsplitter, he died peacegfully in his bed at the age of 107.
Convener, Georgia Chapter, House of Gordon (Boss H.O.G.)
Where 4 Scotsmen gather there'll usually be a fifth.
7/5 of the world's population have a difficult time with fractions.

Now, what the Klingon Bird of Prey against a Star Destroyer?
(Well, if the Enterprise could kill one, it must be "what's for dinner.")
Now, back to topic.
