For Benkilt, and others.
I had the unfortunate experience in the past as a seller so you are actually in a great position if you used credit card through paypal.
I sold an item, actually I sold tons but only one issue. The guy said he never ordered the product, go figure? I had no defense, emails were through ebay and they only are up for a few months and not archived. He got his money back, I had to pay a service charge, I'm missing the item (there was no discussion allowed on whether he got it or not).
Don't get too upset, I didn't lose much and I can prepare my defenses for more expensive items.
My point is that, if you used credit card and paypal, you are in a very good position. You have about 3 months to charge back the seller.
