You can buy it at any health food store. It's great for cooking with, too. I use it for eggs, and potato/onion saute, and a lot of other things. I'll have to try it with sporran.

I use it for cooking occasionally but mostly I make my own soap with it. Never thought to use it as waterproofing though.
