I just got this Argyll and waistcoat combination yesterday, I went to Hector Russell to pick up some dancing ghillies and walked out with dancing ghillies and the jacket and waistcoat.

Great photos, what a dapper rable. Some good fashion ideas.
    Cheers

    Very nice.
I have a similar Braemar but with the formal buttons.
I may have to get one like that.
It is really nice and you look very good in it.

Wow McClef! That looks awesome! I would post those pictures in the Formal Pictures thread.

And McMurdo... love the outfit. One slight suggestion though; lower the sporran a bit your waistcoat seems to hang over it a bit.

More frazzled than dressy at the end of a 12 hour day for me...but wore my Celtic Croft Lochcarron Weathered Gordon with my Lochcarron made to measure grey argyll jacket to work today.

I think my belly grew since the jacket was measured....

Been trying to dress nicer at work and the cooler weather makes jackets an option.
