That's a great idea riverkilt unfortunally my wife is not keen on the idea of me wearing a kilt yet. I am having to wear it mostly without her, hopefully she will get use to the idea soon.
Riverkilt's idea might be a good compromise. She'll hear some interesting stuff. It might build her support of your idea. She might get all violent defensive of you.
Of course, she might hear stuff to support her disinterest but you're already there so what the hey.
My wife has heard some weird/interesting(?) stuff doing that.
