Great photo essay everyone, and good job Alan and Tim, great numbers.
Alan, I can't wait to see the vids. Remember to post any particularly good examples in the "So you want to be an athlete?" thread.
I had the "protect" tab set to "on", on the MiniDV cassette for the stones and Weight for Distance, so DRAT, I won't have any footage of that. *grrrr*... which means you all don't get to seet me carry out clean over my useless left ankle and go down on the grass twice in the 28lb weight for distance. *snrl*. However my friend Jim Walker has some footage of WFD, so maybe he got my one good throw.
Tim turned the caber on his third toss!!!!! YEe-Haw. I didn't get it on video I'm afraid, 'cause I was up for my last toss in the weight over the bar. That was annoying, I easily had the thing over 12 feet, I just threw up, not up and over, three times. Grrrr...However the 77 feet is a PR in the 16 pound hammer.
